Volodymyr Lytvyn: It is necessary to build the Relations System between Ukraine and Russian Federation for the Benefit of People lest they become Hostages of the Power Inadvertances
The most important issue to be scrutinized in the Parliament during next plenary week, according to V. Lytvyn is the State Budget scrutiny first of all. At the same time in the course of the interview for "Rada" television channel, the Head of the Parliament declared that the Government and the State appeared in extremely complicated situation. The problem appeared according to him due to the fact "that it is extremely difficult to make up Budget into pages taking into the consideration the price factor that is price factor of energy sources."
V. Lytvyn pointed out the attention to the fact that "because of the treaties that are unacceptable for Ukraine, the state and its industry appeared to be totally unprofitable with the lack of the competitive capacity."
The Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine expressed hope that the Government together with the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and the President of Ukraine would find the solutions that enables solving of this problem not at the expense of people but through the multiple price increase on the public services.
Volodymyr Lytvyn is convinced that it is necessary to build the relevant system of relations with the Russian Federation, conduct negotiations, search other solutions, "taking into the consideration the fact the people is not supposed to become the hostage of the power inadvertences and, frankly speaking, crime against people, that became possible, due to the signing of the contracts Ukraine fails to "lift."
The Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine addressed the oppositional leaders with the appeal to be more restrained. "If one have the purpose to make it worse, it is already the worst situation, one is supposed to use his brains", V. Lytvyn emphasised.
